if you are in pc you wont lose ur progress until u delete that from appdata which is present in ur pc but in phone u might lose. You should upd while having the apk insalled in ur mobile
That missing scene is from her outfit scene. The outfit can be purchased from the town store, although there is a bug when purchasing Susamaru's outfit that I will fix in the next update.
If you finish her training and manage to defeat moo she will let you do naughty thing and the second one is in kitchen while she make a sakura mochi and last you need a patron reward outfit in this update
